What are your local hours?

We operate a little differently than most!

We’re only open Thursday’s, Friday’s, and Saturday’s!

Thursday 1-5 pm

Friday 1-5 pm

Saturday 9am -1pm

When you go to checkout you will be able to order in 15 minute increments. Choose which time works best for you!

When you come to collect if you don’t see your order on the Sophisticated Sweets pickup shelf please ring the doorbell on the black shelf and we will bring it out to you. (Orders are not able to be picked up from Pier 13 staff or through the drive through)

What’s the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact us is through Facebook messenger. We will get back to you by the end of the day (if not immediately).

We are always available via the chat box here on our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible, no longer than 48 hours. If you choose this option please check your spam folder for our reply as it usually ends up there.

Do you take special orders?

We love nothing more than to create the perfect desserts for your event! Simply reach out to us with an event date, a detailed description of what you had in mind, serving size needed, and we will get back to you with a quote. A friendly reminder that your event date is not secured until the invoice is fully paid.
